Brooklyn-based TVOD stands out for emotionally raw, irreverent lyrics and driving, infectious melodies that never fail to get a room moving. Drawing from both personal and outside fixations: nightlife, heartbreak, World War II, and haunting dreams, the band creates vivid, gritty songs that capture the chaos, humor, and ugliness of being a DIY band in New York City.

As Creem Magazine put it: “More than anything, their sound is engineered to make you move.” Pulling from post-punk, egg punk, and krautrock, TVOD weaves these influences into something wiry, urgent, and unmistakably their own. The outfit initially released two EPs: Daisy and Victory Garden; along with a series of singles: “Alien”, “Mantis”, “Goldfish”, and “Poppies”. The six-piece followed with a debut full-length, Party Time, recorded at Gamma Recording Studio in Montréal, Québec, and released on May 9th, 2025 via Mothland.

The band toured extensively throughout Europe and the UK, playing sold-out shows along the way, and appearing at major festivals including SXSW, End of the Road, Rock en Seine, Best Kept Secret, Hopscotch, and Les Trans Musicales. The Farm (October 16th, 2026 via Mothland & Get Better Records), recorded with producer Danny Blackburn of Adult DVD, finds the band pushing their sound further out without losing any of the raw nerve, crooked charm, and volatility that has already embedded them in the heart of the underground.
